Return Policy

We hope you love your MUKO product(s) as much as we love thoughtfully handcrafting each one. However, if you change your mind within 14 days, you can return it to us following the criteria outlined in this Returns Policy.

Please be advised that we are not able to accept any form of refund or exchange for any Personalised or Bespoke items.

How to arrange return:

  • Drop us an email to info@muko.uk  to arrange your return.
  • We are only able to accept returns in the original packaging supplied with our product(s).
  • Responsibility for the return is yours until the parcel reaches us, we suggest you retain the proof of postage.
  • Allow a maximum of 14 days for your return to reach us and be processed. While we prioritise speed, please bear with us during peak periods which may cause slight delays.
  • If you decide to return your MUKO product(s), please make sure it is in perfect condition—clean and unused and in its original packaging.
  • If your return does not meet the required conditions, we will not be able to issue the refund and the package will be sent back to you.
  • Faulty items can be returned at any time. Should you receive a faulty item, please contact us at info@muko.uk stating your Order ID and the nature of the fault.

Damages and issues
Please check your order upon reception and contact us within 14 days if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

European Union 14 day cooling off period

Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. As above, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
